Users of the Lüscher's HappyNannies service agree not to misuse the service, i.e. in particular:
- To only employ placed nannies through the Lüscher's HappyNannies agency
- Private contacts to the nannies are prohibited.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in immediate exclusion from use of the service and may result in civil and criminal penalties for the user. The operators of the mediation reserve the right to take appropriate measures.
Duty of care
The employee undertakes to carry out the work entrusted to him or her by Lüscher's HappyNannies carefully and conscientiously.
Confidentiality
The HappyNannies and their families, as well as the parents of the children to be cared for and their families are bound to confidentiality. This also applies beyond the termination of the contract.
Liability for damages
The staff provided by the agency does not work for the family on the basis of a contract for work or an order; the agency is therefore in no way liable to the family for the result of the service provided by its staff. The agency is only responsible for the correct selection of the employees it places.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the association.
